Thanks for the congrats! I kept looking for it on LOLcats. Hehe. Aromatherapy is awesome! Lavender is my favorite scent! I love Gary Young's Young Living essential oils. Their Peace and Calming essential oil is a nice smelling scent too. A massage therapist used it on my stomach once during one of my NCR sessions. The best acupuncturist I ever had was in Orlando, FL. A real nice Chinese gal who knew what she was doing. We don't live there anymore, and the one here is so-so. Next time I go to FL, I want to visit Anna Baker who does the a one-of-a-kind acupuncture face-lift. I'm dealing with a luxated Atlas and meningeal compression. It's described here about the firing off of the autonomic nervous system, and is very common after accidents. I have a niece dealing with the same thing, but at a more severe level. Dr. Paul Whitcomb has a blog and wrote about it here. http://whitcombpaul.wordpress.com/2012/12/27/fibromyalgia-and-meningeal-compression-dr-paul-whitcomb/ *** The therapy is called Neurologic Relief Centers Technique. *** http://www.nrc.md/ *** There is someone in the next town over that does it, but meanwhile, I'll wait for the Blair upper cervical guy that visits our town every other week to work on me. My hubby and I had basic ABC training, so he gets to work on me quite a bit, but does not do the meningeal releases on me. So, someone else does that. Once our bodies get borked, it takes ALOT of work to get them back to normal again.

Heyyyyy...watchit now. LOL No, no changes in any of the above. I did walk from PT to the Cowgirl Cafe (a little over a block) without my cane. I'm pooped. Foxkatt says she hangs her tree from the cieling to keep it away from the fur-devils.

My hubby and I trained in ABC (Advanced Biostructural Correction), so he's been doing that for me, except he doesn't adjust my neck, so I have to let someone else do it. He also did some massage, so those helped quite a bit. We are naturopaths here, do all organic, herbs, supplements, and holistic medicine only. I had a head injury as a small child, so it's been problematic off and on. The fact we've took our various trainings, and have various equipments, saves us quite a bit of money in that respect. And yes, I have my hot tea. It's always good. Someone noted that ICHC put tags on that LOL, and they said it means it will go to FP. So I'm waiting to see if it does.

Oh, I don't use pharmaceuticals or over the counter. What is wrong that my upper cervical vertebrae is out of alignment and gotta go have myself adjusted as soon as some xtra monies come back in. Meningeal compression is a result of the Atlas being out of alignment. The fix is as simple as that. Monies been tight the last couple of months.
