Ohai! Mum and I are enjoying not being buried under 4 feet of s-n-o-w, so we don't dare complain about the heat. BC always hogs the popcorm - AND he pauses the movie right in the middle of the good part to use the bafroom cuz he hadz too much rootbeerz! Stay furry my fren!
Good morning, Syl. Hope all is well with you and yours. Had an excellent week at the adoption center last week - we had 13 adoptions!! That's very good for us; still have a full house - 15 kittens and three adults. Do you have any plans for the holiday weekend?
I'd never heard of a salmon pancake before either. But Henk (my neighbor) told me he had one the other day. And he said it was really good! So I tried one, and it was really good!! Sometimes weird combo's are the best. Like PB and J. Or strawberries with chocolade. Love that sandwith with tomatoes too!! Eat it often. You and I know good food, right ;-D
I'm glad you liked the sushi lol. It's great you like all of Godsmack's music. I like most of what I've heard from them and would leave to see them live. I didn't know Sully did a solo album. I'll have to check it out. I hope you got some good tickets. I thinks some time apart is good too. I'm glad you aren't close to any of the fires. It sounds like you have a very busy week. How was the show? How was the pace you stayed? I hope you had a great time!
The ones that were closest to us were the Upper Priest Lake and the Clark Fork Complex. I think those are like 30 to 35 percent contained. We still hope it rains some more here. We've been so dry that we hardly had a strawberry yield. And what we had was small sized and poor. The raspberries did a little better, but still there were not enough of them. I guess more orgone needs to be put out around here.
Yes, Momma has apt on Thursday to spay. Kittens still have options open, but have apt on 8th to release for fostering. Radagast is twice the size she was when she got here. Kyoot little tornado. Smart. Yes, on Hiatus from gif making. I usually do that when I can't find good material to use. Nice to take a break.
Flattered you took the time to "heck in" with me. ;) ("Quick heck-in") Alfred picture from 1994, lest anyone think I'm that young...or trim! darnit *sigh* "Field pic" http://cheezburger.com/4859156992 yes, you have it.
They both have hearing aids but rarely use them... I think it's kinda like "sure I own dental floss". Sadly, this is what's likely in store for all of us so it pays to be as patient as possible to make things more peaceful now and to stock up karma points for our own futures. ;^) You guys do enough of these trips that you likely have it down to a science whether the RV goes or not. Have fun!
The leopards are the epitome of squee. Congrats on your pork success...that's big. TV will be delivered on Friday. Mom called last night needing assistance with the tv in the family room. They couldn't get the volume control to work and needed it louder. Mind you my ears were already hurting with the noise of the tv coming through the phone and she was having trouble hearing me. Sigh... I determined that the cable remote was working fine so I knew we needed the tv remote to raise the baseline. I get Mm to find the tv remote...not the dvd player...and ask her to turn up the volume there. Somehow she manages to turn the tv off when she tried. Again sigh... Mom goes into the hallway so she can hear me over the tv. Finally get the volume squared away and I again ask that when they call me they mute the tv first. I'm not kidding when I say that my ears hurt from the volume of their tv coming through the phone. Another thought occurs to me and I ask Mom if they still have the remote for the cable box in the living room or if they gave that away with the tv by mistake. Yup...it's gone. So they'll have to stop by the cable place and grab another remote for the cable box. I would have been frustrated as hell if we hadn't been able to finish off the tv installation because of that. I'm glad I thought of that. Have fun on your trip.
