Among many things, I'm an artist, author, designer of fitness progs & live in Jo'burg. My hubby's an inspirational speaker & teaches all things health. We have a daughter who thinks she's a kitteh & kittehs who think vise versa. 2 cats - Sophie, a Devon Rex who delights the world for 6 hrs a day (the other 18hrs she sleepz), and Noonoo a Maine Coon kinda guy who's taken over every neighbors house & visits us occasionally.
