Ohai! I'm mostly staying off ICHC while away from home, lurking only; I just popped in for one lol. The FPs were written before. Yes, separate login for ICHC comments. Most lols are missing a comment section, more's the pity. Thanks for FP grats; teh toes must have representation. :)
Sorry for the repeated section. Another hazard of my typing. I thought that I had accidentally deleted that sentence. BTW, Happy April Fool's Day in advance. P.S. If you or any other Cheezfriends can make lols from any of my pics, you're more than welcome to do it! I'd be honored. Most of my pics are my own photog. - look at photog. "signature".
Guess what? I almost adopted the 2nd Maine Coon Cat of my lifetime. Trouble is, i wanted Hubby to see him 1st & when we got back, he was already taken ;-( He was 1 1/2 yrs old, his owner had had to give him up because of a move (like I did with WV Misty), and absolutely beautiful. I'm kicking myself over & over. His name was Gabriel. My previous MCC was Lazarus aka Laz as named by the Pocahontas Humane Society because he almost died several times as a kitten. See some of my Laz pics & lols.(Why is it that the 2 MCC I've known have Bibical names? Is it something abt their personalities or demeanor?) Anyhow, back from the most recent dr. (P.A.) appt. This one for Parkinson's Disease. We kept thinking that my Essential Tremors (ETs) which I had had for years- was just getting worse. I asked my family dr. here in Montana to refer me to a neurologist to see if there were any new meds/dosage changes to make. Long story short, after several tests inc. brain MRI, she determined last fall that I have stage 2 Parkinson's. Bummer! I was depressed for quite a while abt it. Now I'm exercising more at the gym (abt. 8 min. from here), helping with the church youth on Wed. and in vacation Bible School, and feeling like a guinea pig as they try new meds & med combos to see what works best. PD makes it difficult to do many things inc. my favorites - outdoor photog. & photog. of grands, sewing & other needlework, typing on the computer (ICHC, BlueMountain.com & e-mail), writing, & even reading -holding a book steady can be interesting. Anyhow, I am going to the gym more (abt. 8 min from here)for Sr. circuit training & aqua-aerobics, working with the church youth on Wed. evening (found a great church home!), and enjoying my family inc. the grands. ;-) Have 1 pet in the apt - Hubby's mixed breed (German Shorthair/Beagle) male dog, Rocky (also see my pics) I'd love to have a female GSD or a cat. (Rocky is Hubby's dog & quite independent of me unless I'm handing out special snacks ;-P Want to set up a Cheezmeet w. MamaWalker, but haven't started on that yet. Lost one of our closer Cheezfriends last year before we set up a meet. Don't want that to ever happen again. Let me know more abt. you & your life & if you ever plan to head up this way. The longest travel we do, of course, is to drive back to WV to visit family (especially 90 yr. old, active f-i-l) and to take care of our property back there. (Which I want to sell! Another long story!) Bye for
