They take the BP just pretty much like a human with a special little machine and a cuff on one of the paws. If you have a concern I would get her in cuz vet said it can cause blindness very quickly Likely it is just old age eyes - like mine :) Funny because my prescription has really not changed much in the past few years but I think my brain isn't as quick to pick up wha my eyes are seeing LOL Oh yes, Panama sounds great with the canal and all!
eah, you and me with our elder black kittehs. Just caught up on your LOLs :) Before we went on our trip, Sasta was diagnosed with high blood pressure - never knew kittehs could get that and that it will cause blindness if not treated. And she had a kidney infection. Got her started on meds which the Kitty Spa continued while we were gone. Vet put her on a high calorie food to get her weight back up. Want to give her as many good years as she has left before "that decision." Glad you got the move out of the way and keeping my fingers crossed for a quick ale on the old. Having been through that last sumer, totally in empathy with you :) As always looking forward vicariously to your next trip.
Catching up on the Blog and thrilled to see you were a FU! Too late to leave a comment there now but what a great interview. You know I loved your book and glad some others got to read a bit of back history on how you came to write it. The ATM story is too funny! And I must confess I now have to change the way I mentally pronounce your name :) Bryan and I have been gadding around for a lot of the summer whih is why I am getting here so late. I have to agree with Bryce as my favorite of the big canyons - I love the hoo doos - I mispelled thme as doo doos to someone LOL
I sent you a message though FB. I got waylaid reading your book, but will get back to it soon. I had to read Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood for a book club yesterday. Canadian authors are really good!
