I am retired from being harassed as a schoolteacher, and from being depressed taking care of the disabled and abused as a caseworker. Egad, those were fun years! I grew up Greek, and attend annual ethnic Ikarian Greek conventions in different cities on Labor Day weekend. My parents were born on the island of Ikaria, which is a Blue Zone, meaning that there is a large contingency of 90 some year olds living healthy, robust lives there.
