horshooer, I just made a gif at http://gifninja.com/ - 1st I had download the URL w/ http://www.savevid.com/ to save the MP4 to my harddrive, then 'Select a file' at gifninja, pulls up the file from your harddrive, where you saved it, & voila: http://cheezburger.com/7169287424, try it, ani.

I made another gif at gifninja, http://gifninja.com/animated-gifs/533593 ..I have avi files on my harddrive, you go in & select one, the gifninja converts it. To get an avi. find a YouTube you like, download it with this: http://www.savevid.com/ & then convert it to avi. with this http://www.pazera-software.com/products/mp4-to-avi-converter/ (when I did this gif, I found a square looking video, & that seemed to work better. anyway, try this, & we can go from there, ani.

I just went online to http://gifninja.com/animated-gifs/create & created a gif, with mixed results. I submitted it anomously: http://cheezburger.com/7117682688. You just put in a YouTube URL & let it create. Might need some practice, ani.
