Thank you for the congrats and Wee. Just made me so happy to see hi featured. It all could have gone so wrong whenhe as an itteh bitteh. I so treasure my friends here and am glad we are friends. Souns like you had a wonderful evening out. Personally, better not to party too hard with coworkers and managers. I've seen some strange stuff and personal interactions at parties that bled over into the work place :) It was so funny cuz he wore the curlers when he sang it live which I am sure startled some people :) I spent ost of yesterday afternoon conquering how to make a play list for my MP3. The extremely brief on line insructions ust sai I can use Window to do it but did not mention some vital steps like syncing the paylist with the MP3. Took me several tries and finally got it done. Did a blues one first as that will be a small playlist than some of the others like reggae. We only stayed at the party about 2 hours, Just a lot of munchy stuff like chips and vegies and dips, cheese and crackers. The weather was not tht great and we wanted to get home fairly early. Did you find a good ugly sweate, shirt and antlers? Quite the holiday shopping list :) Tthat shuld be fun to have everyone dress up. I did used to enjoy the holiday time at work very much. We signed up for daily munchies for the week before and after Christmas, Maybe 3 or 4 of us each day. Never needed any lunch after munching on stuff all morning. Spent the morning here and then my treadmill, shower and got my Seahawks stuff on. All ready for the game. I so hope we win!

I treat myself with organic cacao as in organic chocolate. And the apple crisp. Remember the October Nomfest collecty for the Octoberfest set? That rectangle one is the apple crisp. Made with organic apples, gluten-free/grain-free pancake mix for the crisp part. Real butter, cinnamon, and real raw local honey instead of processed sugar. Our local health food store makes organic fudge, and their own peanut butter cups. YUM! We also buy the gluten-free brownie mix to make our own. But it's only every now and then, and not an everyday thing. So those are occasional treats, but at least organic and non toxic.

Glad u liked the video. Since it has 5 elves, and there is only two of us and the cat, I decided to use our faces, the cat, and our Bitstrips cartoon doppelgangers. lol. it's not hard to follow a holistic lifestyle. I didn't give up everything. It's okay to treat yourself every now and then. I finally got on board with the mascara company. The 3D mascara is awesome, and they do not use any animal testing (always a PLUS!). I got a surprise payment from an affiliate company, which I thought shut down for good. They changed it to a private membership and offered the same product with a different label. Then a friend sent me a xmas gift in pay pal, so I was able to get joined up and already have a signup and sold products. I'll post a pic of my eyes oh here.

A realy ugly sweater? I take it you have to wear one to work?! Hahahaha, sounds like fun though. Everyone dressed up in ugly clothes for the Holidays! :-D You should go to more party's like that!! Free food!! ;-) Maybe it's because of the Holiday's that the food isn't as good as usual. The last place you went to wasn't that good either. Maybe they're to busy to prpair a desent meal right now?! It's just the internet that keeps acting up on my pc! Sometimes it doesn't work at all!! Every new up-date it gets messed up. And after the next up-date it works fine again. And so it goes on. I hear a lot of people complain about this! I think it's not realy my computer thats messed up, but it's the internet brouwser or something related to that, we all have problems with! André had to work yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon we went shopping. Bought a fantastic waterfountain, with 3 cats on a rock. It was on sale!! I did finaly find some great boots!! Warm, anti slip but good looking :-) I'm very happy I found those!! Nothing special planned for today. And you? Have plans for today? Do you have anything special planned for Chritmas? We're going out for diner first Christmas day, with my parents. And the second we're going to my mother in law. We'll probably play card all day, together with my brother in law. He still lives with mom in law. Have a nice Sundog sweetness!!! :-) *hugz*

Yay, Happy Freeday to you! How did the project for the manager turn out? Sure hope you don' t catch it - hard at work in close quarters not to catch whatever is going around. Here's the vid of Uptown Funk which is great. Bruno is the featured singer on that song but the CD is actually Mark Ronson, who frankly, I haver never heard of. Made me want to dance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPf0YbXqDm0 Listening to it again right now. I'm waiting for another CD from Bruno. Unorthodox Jukebox was released in 2012 so it's time. I dare you to listen without at least tapping your feet :) Wee Willie sleeps on the bed with us, along with a few others :) Ad if he doesn't think we're getting up quick enough in the morning he will start jumping around and grabbing our feet through the covers and wrangling them. They finally gave an outlook fo Christmas. A chanceof snow Christmas Day. They love their snow here so the weather peep was sorry he couldn't offer more than that. I am just fine with mild and no snow. Not a true Bendite (sounds explosive :), or Bendonian - haven't figured out which :) Always kinda surprises me with friends down under that Christmas is at the height of their summer which would be weird to us byt fro them big opporuntiie for hunks of meat on the barbie. You have to have a really good voice to do a capella. Have you ever listened to Pentatonix? A friend here turned me onto them. We're going to a holiday party tomorrow night bt liely won't stay too long. We know them, but a lot of the other crew that would normally attend are out of town for the holidays so will not know that many people there Yo hae plans for the weekend?

The liver/gallbladder flush at least twice a year. The Deep colon one at least once a year. Kidney cleanse: once a year, Candida cleanse, a deep one once a year, with ongoing herbals to keep the systemic yeast at bay and diet is important. Parasite cleanse, a deep one once a year or as needed, with ongoing herbal support. To me the liver/gallbladder is the most uncomfortable. Gotta remember it took us years to "dirty up" our bodies, so we have to stay on top of things. Heavy metals detox such as clay baths and internal zeolite cleansings are as needed. If someone has never done one, then several in the beginning, and then maybe a couple times a year on the clay soaking baths. We've been doing organics and holistic therapies for 20 years, at least. And take trainings, classes and seminars when the $$$ allow. Serrapeptase is a cleanse in itself and it's ongoing. Organic sulfur has a cleansing effect and is fantastic for the skin.

You have a party this evening? Enjoy dear!!! Hope you'll have a lot of fun!!! I installed a few things on my laptop, but there's still a lot to go. My computer is acting up again after a new upload. It's driving me crazy!!! Now the internet doesn't work at all!!! And for some strange reason I don't have sound on my laptop. I'm working on my laptop right now too. I've watched a few more epps of Sleepy Hollow. They're very good! You are right about Helix. I thought it would be scarier too. Do you have anything alse planned for the weekend, except for the party this evening? What kind of party is it? I don't have any special plans yet. It's very rainy and windy over here. And it's going to stay that way for a while. Hope you didn't get to much rain!! Have a wonderful Friday!!! http://cheezburger.com/8404156416

Yes, but I still going to loose about 20 PTO hours. Mandatory the day after holidays or at the beginning of the year when everyone's new insurance starts. Two smaller family dinners and a big family reunion just after Christmas. Glad you have family in the area

WiFi is not a safe tech. The clay baths are just soaking in warm clay bath water, either full body or just the feet. The other cleanses can be unpleasant. The liver/gallbladder flush is not so fun, because our livers can be so toxic and gallbladders full of gallstaones, that the protocol can make some of us puke. Sometimes, I do, sometimes I don't. It's best to do it on a weekend when not having to go out to work, or otherwise. Colon cleanse isn't as bad, though still need to have access to a bathroom. Parasite cleanse is tolerable. Kidney cleanse for some people is hard, but not everyone has a hard time with it. The serrapeptase enzymes are in pill or capsule form. There are NO side effects are adverse reactions with those. pHARMa pills ALWAYS have side effects, and some can be deadly. We all stay away from pHARMa drugs and vaccines. We still to the holistic and organics here. I just got over an eye problem with it weeping, runny and itchy. I used my Oxysilver solution by putting it in the eye and washing it out with the solution, plus taking it by mouth. In a week's time, all signs of redness, itchiness and irritation is totally gone. Still continuing the protocol for another week. Did not have to go to the doctor for it. Took care of it myself.

Happy to hear you are feeling better - now stay that way until after Christmas, OK? :) Hmm, I think Ted has a little more of the chew gene than our cats. Other than the tree, Lucy LuLu like to chomp on certain house plants - we research them all to make sure we get none that could possibly be poisonous to cats. So I have some raggedy ass looking shrubberies. Other than that, just my toes LOL Mostly all melted now and I don't thin we're slated to get anymore for awhile although temps at night will be in the 20s. They haen;t had the guts to predict Christmas yet :) Wow, that is practically sunbathing weather Get out the BBQ for Chiristmas dinner. Yes I did watch the finale and my favorite did not win. I am not a country fan but the siner who came in first does country very well and he will go far. Thehighlight of the finale for me wa Bruno Mars as I really lke him. what is the Sing Off? Haven't heard of it. Actually playd on her alost all day. I was soupset by the Pakistan massacre and ictures I needed to be here with good people and good humor. Nothing vital needed to be done today and there is always tomorrow. You have a good Thursday also.
