They found him stuck in a sub pump! It leads to a sewer! If he wasn't rescued he would have been either drowned or got stuck in a sewer and starved to death! Every second more water could have gotten in a drowned him! He was about 2-3 weeks old! My sis got a cat that is white and polychromatic! It means 2 different colored eyes!
